Terms & Conditions
Terms governing the purchase, delivery, and use of Wavlon Lasers equipment and services.
Last updated: June 6, 2026
1. Parties and Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales, services, and website use between Wavlon Lasers Inc. ("Wavlon Lasers", "Seller", "we") and the purchasing party ("Buyer", "you"). By submitting a purchase order, signed quotation, or written agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Quotations and Orders
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- A purchase order is binding upon written acceptance by Wavlon Lasers Inc.
- Wavlon Lasers reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.
- Specifications, drawings, and technical data provided in quotations are for reference only and subject to change without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST/HST, PST/QST), duties, and shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
- A deposit of 30–50% (as specified in the quotation) is required to confirm an order and initiate production or procurement.
- The remaining balance is due prior to shipment or delivery, unless a separate credit agreement has been executed.
- Overdue accounts are subject to interest at 2% per month (24% per annum) on the outstanding balance.
- Wavlon Lasers reserves the right to adjust pricing due to significant material cost changes, currency fluctuations, or supply chain disruptions, with notice to the Buyer.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- Lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Wavlon Lasers is not liable for delays caused by manufacturing, shipping, customs, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss passes to the Buyer at the time the equipment is loaded onto the carrier at the point of origin (Ex Works unless otherwise agreed).
- The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the shipment upon arrival and noting any visible damage on the carrier's bill of lading. Hidden damage must be reported to Wavlon Lasers within 5 business days of delivery.
- Wavlon Lasers will assist with freight claims but is not responsible for carrier-caused damage once risk has transferred.
5. Installation and Commissioning
- Where installation services are included in the quotation, the Buyer must provide a suitable site per Wavlon Lasers' site preparation requirements, including adequate electrical supply, compressed air, and floor space.
- Delays or additional costs caused by site unreadiness are the Buyer's responsibility.
- Commissioning and operator training (if included) must be scheduled within 60 days of machine delivery.
6. Warranty
Standard Warranty Coverage
- Machine structure and mechanical components: 2 years from the date of commissioning or 26 months from the date of shipment, whichever is earlier.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from:

Wavlon Lasers will assess and respond within 5 business days. Warranty service may be rendered remotely (via video support) or on-site at Wavlon Lasers' discretion.
7. Returns and Cancellations
- Orders for custom or imported machinery may not be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced. Cancellation fees apply as specified in the quotation.
- Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15–25% of the purchase price, plus any freight costs incurred by Wavlon Lasers.
- Equipment must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging (where applicable).
- No returns are accepted for consumable items, spare parts, or software licences.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wavlon Lasers' total liability for any claim arising from a sale or service shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the Buyer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Wavlon Lasers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost production, or business interruption, regardless of the cause.
