BOCI's BLT family is the industry reference for high-power fiber cutting heads — scaled from 3 kW workhorses up to ultra-high-power 120 kW and 3D-capable variants. Compact, sealed, sensor-laden.

The BLT310 ships as a sealed assembly: collimator on top, focus module in the middle, capacitive sensor ring at the nozzle. Standoff is monitored at 1 kHz; the head can hold ±50 µm even as 6 mm stainless warps under cut load.

Step 02 / 04 · Mounting + Nozzle

Tool-free nozzle swap.

The mounting block carries the capacitive sensor, gas inlet, and the auto-positioning rails. Nozzles change in under five seconds via the quick-lock collar — no tools, no realignment, no test cuts.

Modular service internals.

Open the head and every consumable lifts out as an indexed cassette: cover slide, focus lens, collimator, beam splitter. Each cassette has its own seals — the rest of the head never sees ambient air.

Step 04 / 04 · Focus optics

The lens is everything.

At the focus stage, a fused-silica plano-convex lens condenses the collimated beam to an 80-micron focal spot. The retainer is a precision-machined nickel-plated bezel that drops out of the cassette and re-seats to ±2 µm tilt accuracy.

The WD-3015E is driven by Cypcut, the de-facto Windows control suite for fiber laser cutting. CAD import, nesting, technology tables, live diagnostics — operators get a familiar Windows workflow on a 21.5″ portrait touchscreen, and engineers can drop into G-code when they need to.
