Class 1 Laser Safety — Built In, Not Bolted On
The PowerCut's full-perimeter cabin meets Class 1 laser safety requirements right out of the crate — no third-party enclosures required. The sealed cabinet contains laser radiation, fumes, spatter, and noise, keeping your shop compliant and your operators protected.
Every Component Placed for Performance
The WL-3015F internal layout is engineered for rigidity, thermal stability, and serviceability. The crossbeam travels on heavy German ROUST linear rails. The cutting table and slat system handle full 3015 sheets. Everything is accessible via large service panels for fast maintenance.
BOCI BLT Laser Heads — Auto-Focus, Auto-Calibrate
Every PowerCut ships with a BOCI BLT series cutting head matched to the laser power. The BLT-310 (3 kW), BLT-421S (6 kW), and BLT-442 (12 kW) all feature automatic focus positioning, IP65 protection, and built-in collision protection to keep the nozzle safe if it contacts material.
Automatic Pull-Out Table — Load Outside, Cut Inside
When a job finishes, the cutting table automatically slides out of the cabin for unloading. Load your next sheet outside — then slide the table back in and start cutting. Operators never reach inside an active cutting zone, improving both safety and workflow efficiency.
Schneider Electric & ABB — European-Grade Electrics
The electrical cabinet is populated with Schneider Electric and ABB components — PLCs, inverters, breakers, and contactors. Every wire is labeled. Every circuit is protected. The 380V / 3-phase / 60Hz system is wired for North American facilities with CSA-rated components and cables throughout.
Zone-Based Smoke Extraction — Active Cutting Zone Only
Unlike machines that extract from the full table area, the PowerCut uses a zone-based extraction system that activates only in the region where the laser head is actively cutting. This concentrates suction at the fume source, dramatically improving extraction efficiency and reducing the load on your dust collector.
Refractory Brick Slag Pan — No Splash-Back
Beneath the slat table, the PowerCut uses refractory brick lining in the slag collection pan. Unlike bare steel pans, refractory bricks absorb slag impact and heat, preventing molten metal splash-back onto the underside of sheets and dramatically extending the life of the pan and surrounding structure.
