Installation

On-Site Installation & Commissioning

A Wavlon field technician comes to your facility for every new machine installation. We handle everything from rigging and levelling to final calibration and first-part test cuts.

We coordinate with your electrician on power requirements before the machine ships so there are no surprises on installation day. All machines are pre-configured for Canadian 600V/3-phase electrical standards.

  • Rigging plan and floor prep consultation before delivery
  • Machine levelling and geometric alignment to ±0.02mm
  • Laser head calibration and focus height setup
  • Chiller and assist gas line connections
  • CNC software configuration and network setup
  • Test cuts across all programmed materials

Remote Support

Remote Diagnostics & Support

Many issues that used to require a technician visit can now be resolved remotely. With your consent, our engineers can connect securely to your machine's control system and diagnose faults, update parameters, and resolve software issues in real time.

Remote access is optional and operator-controlled — you initiate the session with a single button, and you can disconnect at any time. We never access your machine without your approval.
